Any bonuses you earn = permanent, it's in one or two of the stickies I think.
"All bonuses stay forever," something like that.

I found that single runes only give temporary bonuses and combinations give permanent bonus

combos also temorary. otherwise please explain how i've eaten each combo at least 4 times and still have 1 attk and 1 defense after DK

lol.It's permanent until you kill the dragon in which case your stats will be reset except for any DK bonuses you aquired

but they are supposed to be permanent even through dk's. +stats and +hp are supposed to last forever

if it says +(?) permanent, then it stays after DK, if says temp, then stays until you get the DK. or some from like the bar where u gain +20 max hp for 2 gems only stays til the next day.

as far as i know, rune bonuses claim to be permanent but actually fade after dking
