I have already done basket ball , judo and badminton.
Maybe someone can give me some ideas of new sports i can practise.

| If you liked basketball and badminton you can try racquetball or tennis. Both uses a lot of similar movements (quick stops, bouncing, pivoting, jumping, etc) and instead of hitting the target while in mid-air you usually hit the target on the bounce. If your looking for a sport that requires less running then you can always try different martial arts like jiu jitsu, karate, kendo, kung fu, taekwondo, etc. |

| If you are going to do martial arts, then I suggest karate. Try to get a mixture of kicks and punches, not all punches like boxing or all kicks like Taek-Wan-Do. |
