Two seemingly Hispanic Youths, apparently male.
Each person has on them a cap, seemingly dingy.
Their clothes are drab, dirty khakis, a very messy shirt for each. The clothes seem over-sized.
By examination of the person in the dark-colored cap, one or both of the persons wear no socks with their shoes.
By positioning of said examined shoe, based on an overtly-exposed Achilles Tendon, it could be assumed one or both persons wear over-sized shoes.
Their stance at which they have been captured in the photo shows them in a running position, both near-completely suspended in air, knees jutting out.
Neither person has a smile, one expresses a gaping mouth, which would support shock, fear, or distasteful excitement.
The person in the white cap seems to be holding something in his right hand, which could be interpreted as a 2x4 block of wood or something else.
The dark-capped person's shirt seems to be fluttering in the wind created by running, or it is being held up with his left hand, thus revealing stomach skin and something red, coming from under his shirt perhaps.
Where they run is unmistakably a field of garbage, trash, supported by the debris on the ground and the dots in the air (certainly insects).
In the background, a fuzzy, indistinguishable dark presence.

2 young youths going to pull a robbery, one with a fake gun under his shirt, the other with a 2x4 board in hand.

Their success at the heist is slim.

Giant bid face in background and it seems to be precipitating or the camera or video lens may have been dusty.

Or, they have gotten shrunken and sucked into a vacuum cleaner, the vacuum bag ripped open and they are escaping while the bird in the background watches them run.
