Town on Iron Maiden?

I've seen people in HC with this, anyone know where to get it?

i dont think this is possible, do they cast IM when they are at stash and they get it??

if so then idk the hack, but if they cast it when they @ bridge or near blood moor, cast it near the bridge, and they have a chance of them getting it.

It's some form of a glitch I believe, but it's happened to me in HC. I've died while IN town because of it, and lost a lvl 70 pally.

Okay say you're rushing someone and you're in A4, your Merc gets IM'd, and then the hack opens a TP and makes you go to town so he/you don't die.
