and another question.
when i was borned. the doctor didnt cut off the skin of the penis
and now when i tried to pull back the skin it wont go over the head. it hurts when i tries it

That yellow stuff is probably from an infection and yes that's a big problem if you can't get your foreskin all the way down.

Even though it may be embarrassing you need to tell your mom or dad about this so they can take you to a Urologist because it could turn into something worse.

The Urologist will look to see what's going on and he'll tell you what he can do from there.

look let me tell you this. Are your friends doctors? That's why I'm telling you go see a doctor they know what is best for you. My guess is that you will keep getting these infections because you cannot pull down your foreskin so all that puss will be stuck there or overflow.

Think about when you want to have sex, can't go all the way down? That's a big problem. You'll be hurting rather than feeling good.
