well, with all the fg sales and ingame sales from poe orbs (on this and other websites) I got a lot of chargebacks from random users, and lost around 700$ this year already
So I was planning on scamming paypal with a mate or two.
One of them (verified paypal) sends 1000$ to me (non verified paypal, fake account, public IP from a shopping center) and pretends to buy something irl from me, I know already where to spend those 1000$. Than a week later or so, he charges back, I won't answer to the dispute = auto win for him.
He will get 1000$ back and I will have 1000$ negative balance
Why I'm doing this? Paypal is a fucking retarded company of greedy bastards who doesn't care about anything else than money. They owe me over 1000$ from people that scammed me and they never are planning on paying me back, so I have to take it back myself. Because i quite worked hard for that fg. don't come with "stop using paypal etc" because i NEED paypal for my virtual business
I'm not scamming any other users, just paypal (who deserves it)
your thougts? I read some websites about people that did this and it ended sucessful for them

It works but you must be tough in real life because you will real find letters from paypal in your mailbox, can paypal do anything regarding this matter? No, they have no right working as they are, they are criminals themselves already.

Paypal lock peoples cash for 180 days for no reason and does not cooperate, cash has vanished into nothing more then twice.
But of course, I Do not recommend you to commit such a fellony, we are talking 700 $ and that is not much compared with how much u can make by keeping your paypal account!
I made 1000 dollar in just a week by selling some d2 items

I owe 100$ to paypal already with my main account but I'm not going to pay that back because they acted retarded on the dispute and I got scammed for 100$
I owe it since 2 months or so, they usually call me every day at home at 2 pm asking If "this person" lives here (me) I say no, he lives with his mother now blabla and just didnt take the phone anymore since over 1 month. cba giving those retards any money, using my brothers paypa since than
anyways
I will use all fake information, fake info regarding where I live and all, an IP adress that is totally public and used by many people, etc. so they wont really know who I am

As experienced in this kind of matter I must say either you do it real hardcore or not at all
and based on what you are reffering to right now I would say don't do it at all :(

You are fucked up actually, they fucked you good, the only thing that you could do is to try to scam them back in an other personality or anything next to it

nono! paypal is not that smart, dont believe the war will be hard
I worked with paypal for 3 years, they act stupidly wrong on 50%+ of the disputes, i really think they just do coinflip most of the times on disputes
when reading on the story from other people through internet, paypal is by far dumber than you think. they scam a lot of people, yes, but they get scammed aswell a lot of times by fake accounts because negative balance is a loss for paypal

Yea but they made major security updates december 2013 and now they don't take responsibility for the losses of other people anymore :>

The biggest problem is that they don't support what's beeing sold over here :(

if u dont answer on a dispute within 10 days, they one that opened the dispute always wins
