well if you go from the 1st one gem of a kind to get the perfect radian star you'll need 1 594 323
Adding to that the books / that will be needed to craft some, that's crazy.

Also got a question :

Will we need 20 x tome of secrets each time we want to cube 3 x perfect radian start to 1 radiant star ?
That's way more crazy, imagine how much of each book you could need just for one super perfect gem ohmy

Holy crap that's a lot of different ranks for gems. Hopefully gems will actually be useful in sockets this time around.

Just readen that Jay Wilson said we could drop up to rank 8 gems finally.
That means we'll need fo collect "only" 729 perfect square gem to craft one radian star.
