yeah your ip is saved because you're using forum gold it is like sending forum gold with a banned ip to someone else ...
There are logs in your goldlogs so probably yes .

If you bought a rainbow orb with a banned ip :
you might be locked / disabled / banned
or with luck , nothing will happen until they scan your ips ==>
scans of ips happen when you try to have donor forum access
when you try to buy one real life items
when someone report you for multi if there is enough of proof ..
