need help downloading something (must be outside US)

I need help downloading a few files. The filehost is turbobit.net

Unfortunately, they dont allow US downloads. So i need someone from a country that can dl from their service and then reupload it using any other filehost or service (plz contact me about that). Not sure about canada or other countries. the filesize is about 500 mb so it may take a bit, but if your willing to help me out here, im willing to pay you fg for your help, say about 400 fg or so.
