yeah...1 defense difference lol, woohoo saves me a hit from a Quill Rat on normal omgotz!
Unless you up them, but anyone can up them once on NL so I'm pretty sure 10 Fg is the most you'll get. |

You can up any normal unique to exceptional, any rare to elite on non ladder.
1 Tal Rune + 1 Shael Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Normal Unique Armor = Exceptional Version of Armor |
