Looking for a good 1h for a monk, and a shield

Requirements:

Shield:
MUST be ilvl 63 (sacred shield)
Have 60+ all res
Over 20% block chance
Dex

Weapon:
Must have more than 750 Life on hit
Over 750 DPS
(dex/vit bonus)
