From what I've heard from these sources, there are many benefits it offers over paypal:

1) No fees
2) No hassle or interruptions such as limiting your account for no reason (as was done to mine today)

Perhaps it sounds too good to be true but it does seem to work EXACTLY like paypal minus the problems. Let me know if I'm wrong here.

I literally just set up my account in the time between i posted this and this post (less than 2min). All I did was login to my amazon account and attach these two.

Well, I don't know much about it either but from their very easy to read FAQ page listed in the first post, I think you just sign into your amazon account and send the payment to any email address you want. That email address then receives a link that allows the receiver to claim that money in a similar fashion to Canada's Interac payment system.
