Little question about pony lvl

so basically i did find all i need for normal, wanna craft it when i get the gold i miss for buy the wirt's and the craft (80k ~ easy).

Then i'll have a normal staff.
I allready have the nm plan, so if i craft my normal one, will i have to refarm all if i want to reopen in normal the pony lvl or the staff will be working for normal & nightmare ?
Also with hell & inferno.
