Hi guildies and visitors.

Regarding PayPal, how safe is the open/close dispute and then trade method?

I mean if I go sell fgs to new users like 2012 etc, would I be safe telling them to open a dispute, then close it again, and then send them the fgs? or is there any other methods I should use?

Thanks Jo, I know you do. However, lets say you deal with a scammer. Can he still scam you, even though he did open/close dispute? smile

Nope he cant there is no way to change back since it ''did'' it already and claim'd the dispute closed

open/ close is good specially with a old scammer cuz they paypal is not verified so they cant charge back the 2nd time
but if the account is verified, he/she can call the the bank or credit card company to charge back the 2nd time as well

best way to trade is make sure trade with paypal bal only (no instant bank transfer, or cc transfers)

only been scammed ones for $12 when i was new... but after tht i m very keen abt who i trade with

Never did use paypal much, alway use moneybooker. Very few trade I do anymore that require paypal.
