Why do you want more option ?
I guess you have one which is really simple to use,
you choose your item, you buy it, you own it.
There won't be any possible scam, unless new hacks come, that should be fixed asap.
Why ? Cause Blizzard will have to reimbourse you for your lose, and they don't want that to happen.

Well why not? If I can use both, ill use both. period
If blizzard were to track every single item generated on their server, it would be a nightmare to track down. and besides, time will tell.
