Um, I can write you a aim bot but... it will be detectable by PSN, sure you won't get banned now (well you will but the hack will have a hardware spoof that will let you keep playing on psn) but later if they change their banning mechanism you may get perma hardware banned...

background: psn will ban pretty fast for using fps hacks/softmodded console however their current mechanism for hardware ban is to take mac address/harddrive id/some other hardware codes and checking those to ban you easy fix is get new components (but expensive) easier fix, use software to intercept their request, spoof your version id and act like you are not the hacked psn...
although this works well now its only a matter of time before they come up with a better mechanism such as using save file hash data or something that will be checked server side (the reason you can use aim bots in the first place is due to lack of server auth checks)
