Introduction: This char is going to be a great baal runner, which is quite easy I must say, just lay the traps down and enjoy.
Skills:

Max Out
20 Lightning Sentry
20 Death Sentry
20 Shock Web
20 Charged Bolt Sentry

Put the rest of your points into:
1 Mindblast
1 Shadow Warrior
1 (optional) Shadow Master
1 Fade

Stats:
Str:Enough for gear, make sure you have a torch anni for attribute
Dex: None
Vit: All points go here
Mana: None

Gear
High Defense Shako w/ a Ber socketed into it.
Mage plate or dusk shroud engima
Hoto/Spirit
(On Switch): CTA/Spirit
Arach as your belt.
1soj or 1BK and 1 ravenfrost
Eth treks
trang gloves for cold resist
Ammy: Mara's

Charms:
Sin Torch
Anni
9Trap gc's, if you need resistances, put some resistances sc's, if not then 20lifers.

meh i find hammerdin and lightsorc way better in pvm then assasin.
the reason is you will hit 1-12k damage with this sin setup.
and many times you will hit 3-5k damage.
