Here it is:

I will personally pay 50fg to the first non-Arcadian who takes at least three of the top spots in the Penguin Olympics, and has paid there 5fg entry fee to xtreme on or before Feb. 15th

Any takers????

go to the tournaments...only tournament there....6 penguin based games...15 tries to take the top spots....go for it...
