I'm buying a prepaid credit card tomorrow evening, and will be tying that to a paypal account.
Looking to spend around $100 or so, so I'm looking for like 8k or 9k total.
I know most of you prefer moneybookers, so I'm trying to figure out a way to tie a prepaid credit card to that but have not found anything so far.
We can use the paypal open/close dispute method in increments or all at once, depending on your trade preference.
Prefer to purchase from trustworthy users, at a ratio of like $12/k.
