Spam ?

I think we should have Spam thread to get forum post up and the over all post of the forum because some of them have like 140 topics there should be rule in the Spam thread like no more then 10 post a hour or some thing post what you think

IMO, if the post isn't useful; there is no point in it being there.

It won't change anything about that forum; the only thing that will help is people actually using the forum for its purpose.
