I have tried to pm some users for trade

however, it seems that it doesnt instantly go through. It will stop at outbox folder for 1-2 hours until they finally reach the recipient.

what should I do to fix this problem?

a message being in the outbox is proof that it has been sent........ what your experencing is the delay of them opening your pm......... aka they havne't checked there pms yet

Outbox is just showing messages that haven't been read, nothing more.
