buying all fgs for 12$ each 1k

i need about 100-200k fg

i can pay with:

pokerstars ( have there ~1,28k $ )
paypal verfied + masspay ( we in germany can not send "gifts") i have to pay all fees with masspay.( have 1192 $)
moneybookers ( there only have atm 900$ but will get 800 $ more soon)
western union is available at 2 or 3.9.2011 ( my CC is already on limit) but you will pay fees.

for german seller or from austria, can i do bank tranfer ( online banking)

please do not offer me fg if:
your d2jsp account is a rand wth low posts etc.
you wont go first on trades ( got scammed 2 times over 100+ $ here)

i will pay;
3k- 8kfg = 11$ per 1k
8k-200k = 12$ per 1k
