fucking bastard. for some reason paypal closed to dispute and obviously allotted him the money since my paypal balance is still sitting at $0.00.

I'm pissed off....... like really... so much for everyone saying I'd get that money back. Cool. I needed that money too.

If Paypal closed the dispute, you need to call them and talk to the representatives and tell them your situation.

Like I told you, CALL THEM. Or, you could file it online, which obviously didn't work.
