This is africa, the entire continent (minus south Africa) has been and always will be fucked until human society ends. Bold words but thing ring of corruption that exists is worse than stage 4 pleural cancer. I really feel for those people, but unless the outside world plays a 24/7 watchdog role making sure corruption/wars/genocide/slavery/blood diamond trade completely stops nothing will change. There are no foundations for education and in some countries children can fire a gun before they can read (if they ever do learn).

And since there is zero incentive to change the status quo in Africa (every country in the world is prospering off them) it never will
