I have PM'd admins and mods and such and have gotten no response, hopefully I can catch your attention here 
Looking for approval to sell my RuneScape account either in the normal Buying/Selling section, Donor trading section, or runescape trading section. Please let me know, thank you

I don't think you need an approval , I saw few people trading diablo 2 accounts without approval

It's stated in the RuneScape forum rules to seek approval first.
