Not even hardly.
Sources all over the intarwebz, as well as the fact that most of the recent PS versions give you the ability to create your own if you are talented enough.

fine, actually went and looked for my old resources list i made back when i was learning PS.
I not responsible for any content found on any of these links. only thing i am responsible for is copying the address bar of a helpful website to me at the time, and the pasting of it into a .doc
