Not a clue and does not concern me either. If your paypal info isnt valid and paypal decides to "check up" They dont give the money to the seller without the buyer confirming information and that they have actually purchased the item in question. Has happened to me before and it will in the future but ill keep my loss at a minimum . If you decide to buy items for me ill sell you fg otherwise I wont assume the risk of selling to you no matter who goes first.
