Since according to you I can "do what you can do now" (assuming that you knew how to code far before I did and / or better then I?) I won't go into much detail as to what needs to be done, I'll give you "bare minimums" so you can figure it all out for yourself since you're obviously a veteran when it comes to web-design, coding, and the likes.

Hint 1. You need to use widths, looking at all the stylesheets your website is using I can already see that the widths are not fluid, and are indeed static.
Hint 2. Percentages work wonderfully if you want to give the website a 100% width.
Hint 3. The source code you posted (albeit massively edited out by d3jsp's filters) is not what you need to be looking at, nor will it help anyone else that looks at it since you're editing the wrong file to get what you want to achieve.

Also, if this website shows up fullscreen for you at 662px *HINT HINT*, then you have a horribly small monitor, or don't know how to change the resolution.

Also, if you edit one width, be ready to edit plenty more to get it to show up correctly / neatly on other browsers / resolutions.

So this is basically a cleaning-team you're working with?
