how to add that to add another email to your recovery emails, they must be confirmed by the FIRST ONE?

sorry for my bad english..

example:
hotmail is : gozugozu@hotmail.com

my recovery email is fuckO_ogz@gmail.com
if i want to add another one like dumb@yahoo.com i must confirm this add receiving an email at fuckO_ogz@gmail.coM?
