How does d2jsp track whats your account and whats your multis?

More advanced methods involve checking your IP range. Certain hosts have a certain amount of IPs that they can give out if you are on a dynamic IP, all they have to do is do a geo location look up and if the hosts match, you're gone (this can be done automatically). As ye said they also check all that junk.
