Im thinking of buying a copy of d2 by seeing that d3 may be released soon I was wondering if its still worth it or is bnet full of damn hackers and killers ?

Well there are always botters, idk for killers on hc, but it still worth playing if you got nice company of trusted players smile

Especially if you got some LAN mates.

Diabloii.net has a whole single player section full of 99% legit players, they all connect up on LAN every night. If you do single player its good to be a regular there. Especially if you actually like trading.

Edit: don't get a box-set. Just buy a clean cd keyset and register it for an official, legal download off the blizzard store.

its still fun with the right people to play with

NL is based upon PVP or dueling

ladder is PVP and MFING or regular play

I prefer to pvp on nl and mf on ladder, i would also suggest this
