this guide is to teach you how to build a nice chaos paladin on hardcore, you should use the specific gear it has below. the mercenary is the most important about this build.

if you want you can bot this paladin for cs runs, but i am not to blame if you die while botting.

stats:
str - enough for gear (most likely none)
dex - enough for maxblock
vit - the rest ofc
energy - none

skills:
20 blessed hammer
20 concentration
20 vigor
20 blessed aim
20 holy shield
rest either in defiance or resist lightning

equipment:

helm -
shako ral'd

amulet -
maras (highest res possible)

weapon1 -
heart of the oak (highest res possible)

weapon2 -
cta (highest battle order possible)

armor -
enigma (lowest str req possible i.e mp / ds / bp)

shield1 -
stormshield um'd

shield2 -
spirit shield (lowest str/dex req possible, fcr is not important)

gloves -
laying of hands / trangs / magefists (laying of hands if you use fast mod or some kind of fcr bp hack)

ring1 -
20 dex raven (ar doesn't matter)

belt -
arachnids (highest ed for more def / doesn't matter though)

ring2 -
dwarf star

boots -
treks (15 / 15 preferebly)

inventory -
paladin torch (get highest stats / res as you can)
anni (get highest stats / res as you can)
2x paladin combat (life maybe?)
life / res sc's

mercenary:

helm -
(eth?) tal rasha's helm um'd

weapon -
(eth?) lawbringer colossus blade (helps push knockback monsters in cs)

armor -
eth fort (with highest def)

your mercenary is your most important weapon on this build, because it allows when you teleport in to knockback almost all the monsters in chaos sanctuary, which means you almost never get hit. just becareful for the venom lords because they don't get pushed away, but you will have enough fire res to tank them.
