Yes he lowered the total ammount of your lost i dont know the exact % but he lowered

Neither of which seems to be the case. They emptied out all 100k from my account yesterday no % just took everything I had for after my dk, and gems still bleed like an open wound.

It will only take more than 5% if you have more than a certain amount. Right now its around 100k, what do you guys think the number should be then?

You're misunderstanding. If it would have been 10% of my 100k I would have just ignored it and hoped I didn't hit 4-5 in a single day again. Instead my bank account went from 102k to 0 in one event.

it means, if you have 100k or more, you will have a chance to get the event, and the event will take 5%, or 100% as vassago says
