08 valk or 3/20/2 for my necro?

Here's da breakdown~!

I currently use a 3pnb/20fcr/2os socketed with 2x 7fhr/15res jewels. I was wondering if 08 valk would be a better choice?

comparison:

my circ

3pnb
20 fcr
2 os

valk

30 fcr
30 run/walk
30 fhr
1 os

If I socket my pnb circ with 1x shael....
valk gets 10 more fcr and 10 more fhr but lacks +3 pnb. (I dont care abour run/walk)

What you think?

yeah I hit max fhr/fcr just fine. I also already got max block.
