shortest way to current clan...

It will be hard to explain but i'll try

Now when we click on 'Clans' open to us list of all clans.

I propose to shorten this way, for example : i'm in 'Wypierdalaj' clan so when i click on 'Clans' i want to see my current clan not the list of all clans.

But if someone don't have a clan then will open list of all clans

I think it's a good Idea to get in your own clan options faster But it is not really worthwhile because u can get to your clan with 2 Clicks with your mouse.

Not needed, it's good the way it is.
You can always bookmark clan page or add it to your headlines (in i.e+firefox) if you need.
