D3jsp.org has grown recently and is being visited much more, and Staff is now looking for more junior moderators (jm's)!
All serious users are welcome to post, we are looking for loyal members of the site who have only helped in the past. As applications go, we hope to see you include past experience, qualifications, various confirmed vouches.
All users are welcome to vouch other users, but if you do not support your vouch don't bother posting. We are looking for loyal members, and as such, we will most likely look to members who have been on the site for awhile, or longer than a short period you could say.

Glad to see site is moving on. Some very nice members I have in mind and I will vouch you guys when you post your application here for sure.
You are doing great job arround, forums are great fun becose of you

I vouch vitan, good person. trustworthy, helpful. if he can he does help. does a good job in the graphic section and i feel that would flow over into others if he were to be jm. active enough to be of help. and he has hosted and mediated a couple contests in the graphic area. All in all, i vote definitly for jm for vitan. Not to mention, the new tags are pretty sweet.

I vouch Vitan and HotZhot.
In my opinion they are both respected and trusted. They have both been here for quite some time, both of them are active and they really seem to be loyal members of the site.
Both of them also talks more than one language fluently. Imo it's very good to have some mods that can talk other languages than english aswell. Especially hotzhots Spanish can
come in handy in the future (many spanish guys I've talked to have been very bad at english).
I would vouch Heineken too, but imo his english is not good enough.

You don't hire a moderator because they are "nice" and most of the time it's not because they are "helpful."
They aren't looking for Member of the Month.
You can find help in the shoutbox, and you should suck it up if you're looking for someone to baby you.
The main qualities a moderator needs are good judgment, unbiased, and self-controlled. |

The judgment and self-control aspect of the moderator makes it not matter whether they are an asshole or not.
Just saying, it would be dumb to make someone a moderator just because they are nice and helpful.
Making them a moderator wouldn't make them nicer or more helpful. It would be pointless.
And obviously Tramway isn't going to make someone a moderator if he thinks they aren't trustworthy. Although there isn't much trust needed... Just enough so they don't go on a killing spree.

mainly it would be a recognition in the fact that they are trustworthy and helpful, add the active part and boom you have someone that can moderate the forums without having a "bad" attitude towards the members.. how many mods/tt on certain other sites feel they are better than the common members.... if choosing kind, helpful and trustworthy people to hold the power the hope is that there wont be a bridge between the two groups. considering JM doesnt really have alot of power and its kind of the entry level into moderator(the test run, give them a little power and see what they do with it) So the site itself can see how the users react under the influence of a bit of power over their peers. If they are fair, just, kind, helpful and active in making the site better. they are considered a good candidate for a higher rank. if they act wrongfully and unjust they are bumped back down to a regular member.
As a final statement:
If not the vouches above, who would you vouche? who would you like to see as a JM? who has shown they have the ability to help the forums instead of waving a flag of pixels in the eyes of a regular member, or completely ignoring their duties if given the rank of JM. Who has matched your specifications for the job?
