If you are planning on making a map the site I would recommend checking out is www.staredit.net/ It is just about hands down the best English map making site on the net. You can find tutorials for all sorts of advanced map making concepts on there as well as a number of very cool/good maps.

Alternately if your just looking to add a lot of good maps then www.nibbits.com/ is worth checking out, Nibbits has over 15,000 starcraft maps and has begun organizing them into useful categories. You can join the site and help organize/rate maps as well as submit your own cool maps you found.

Oh yea, if anyone knows any good korean ums map making sites let me know, I am looking for a few korean maps that have been elusive, mainly an updated version of Euroasian Civilization which is played almost exclusively on the Asia server due to being in korean.
