1. INTRODUCTION
- Hello everybody.
I've made this guide for solve all the question about the pvp hammers, should I use enigma? should I use soj? You will have here the perfect guide for the hammerdin, you'll be happy with this. I'm sure of that.
The information about the hammer would be:
BP's
125% FCR BP
86% FHR BP
50% DR
Resistances
You must have full resistances on all, if you do not, you should put something to have full stats. Like 20-11s scs.
2. STATS
Strenght: Nothing
Dexterity: Just for get 75% block, with holy shield putted with bo. <- You must give Dexterity when holy shield points are complete, and when you putted all the equip.
Vitality: Rest of the points
Energy: Nothing
3. SKILL TREE
Maximun (20 points)
- Blessed hammer
- Concentration
- Blessed aim
- Vigor
10 Points
- Holy Shield
Rest of the Points
- Meditation
4. EQUIP
GEAR:
- Hoto 40 Scourge
- TO Gloves 74 def
- BB or Verdungo * Explained after
- Ravenfrost 20/250 Ring
- 10 fcr dex life res Ring
- Enigma DUSK / MP 15/15/775
- CoA 15/30 with Ber and with -15%/Ber
- 2 pala 20 fcr - Nice adds: Life/mana and resistances
- Spirit ST 45/35 fcr
- WW 65 life
- CTA Scepter 3/3/x foh/conv 6/6/4
- Random bo spirit.
BB (Bugged Belt) must be used in Non-Ladder.
If this char is made in Ladder, then simply use Verdungo.

- Torch 20/20 Pala
- Annilush 20/20/10
- 4x PC Skillers 45 life
- Rest scs 20/5
4.2. STASH
- Wisp 20 light ABS
- Kiras with LO
- Grief PB
- Exile
- Wizzy with res
- Hots
- TG
5. DUEL TACTICS
Amazon:
Bow: **Difficulty: Medium-Hard**
- Make sure you have the block and dr equip setted up, since in this duel you must have both of them.
You have to see all the movement of the bow, you always have to try to do desynk. Is not hard, since the bow run a lot, and do a lot of damage.
You have to try to tele from down, since it is the better way for tele, and try to be into his way.
You must be patent, and do not tele always, since you will die.
It is a luck duel, so that is why the Difficulty is Medium-Hard.
Javazon **Difficulty: Easy**
- You have to have max Light resistances, after that, you just have to tele and kill. Is not hard, you just have to be fast.
For make more easy the duel, you should do like bow, do desynk, (so he wont know where are you exactly, confusing him), and tele him.
Assa:
Trapsin: **Difficulty: Medium**
- This depends of the assasin. If you put full DR / Light res, then you should not have any problem at the time of duel this kind of character.
You should leave hammers in all the parts, and with carefull, tele sometimes fast, and leave when you see that you are not hitting him.
The assa will fall into your hammers in all the parts, always you will hit him, and with a little abs, (the allowed) you wont have problems.
Ww: **Difficulty: Easy**
- Exactly as the Barbarian (under this message), it is like the barbarian but: Less damage, less life, so a BIT more easy, he can not kill you
If it is WW with Trapsin, read the Trap guide and the WW guide, he will not have as damage as trap alone or ww alone, so it will be easy in all the methods.
Barbarian:
Barbarian: **Difficulty: Easy-Medium**
- You must have full dr, full block.
Teleing barbarian is like: Lost life for lost. You should not tele him. You must leave hammers in random sites, around the barbarian, and if you are good in teleing, you can tele him sometimes, when he is not waiting for it.
This duel depends of the barb skills, so you should becarefull on what are you dueling.
Personally, if you do not win a barbarian, is not because of the gear, it is because of your skills.
Druid
Druid: **Difficulty: Hard**
- This duel is not easy. The druid has casted always wolfs and spirit for more life, and he will leave you for cast when he has not got his "friends" so it will not be easy or medium. It is very very hard.
You have to use charge, and hide into a lot of hammers, always behind your hammers, if you see him with out wolfs, tele him and as fast as possible do hammers. If you see that he caste wolfs, leave and do hammers, hide into them.
I repeat, this is not easy, and do not tele him with wolfs, it is a suicide
Necromancer
Bone: **Difficulty: Medium-Hard**
- This is another hard duel. Or medium, depends of the luck.
The necromancer are doing spirits and the other attack, do you can receive spirit invis, and it wont be easy.
You should do desynk, leave hammers into all the ways, and when you are in your desynk, you should tele him and kill him.
You also could use the Grief / Exile set-up, so you could charge him, but is not easy to charge him.
At the end, you should becarefull on all your steps.
Poison: **Difficulty: Easy**
- With a little resistances at poison, and with grief/exile, it is easy, charge him, and goodbye necromancer.
You are not needing to use hammer, with charge is enough for kill him
Paladin
Hammer: **Difficulty: Medium-Hard**
- This is a.. bored or funny duel.
This depends of you and the other hammer, if you are passive, if he is passive. Normally you have to do desynk with hammers, and never tele him.
You can do tele-duel, but I do not really know how to explain good it, since I do not use.
Normally you should not do tele-duel vs a charge hammer, since he probably wont be in the way you see. He is doing desynk.
So you must patent in this duel, and never lose the patent and do mistakes like tele near him.
You should have here full DR/LIFE.
Foh: **Difficulty: Easy-Medium**
- You must have full light resistances, and try to tele in his way, so he will be blocked by you. Then it will be easy for you.
It is normally easy duel, but fohs are very lamers, so they will run a lot, you should leave some hammers, so maybe he will eat em
Smite **Difficulty: Easy**
- This is easy duel. Hide behind your hammers, and he is comming to you, he will eat some hammers, then you could tele him, but becarefull at the time of teleing him, since if he catch you, you will be in serius problems.
It is at all, easy duel.
Sorc
- And at the end, we are coming to the serius problem, sorc.
Fire/blizz/light 95% es.: **Difficulty: Medium-Hard**
- This kind of sorc is not easy. It is hard.
Usually, sorcs have a lot of fcr, (125-200), so they move too fast.
You should leave a lot of hammers in all parts, then tele the sorc. Usually you wont catch him, (a good sorc) but you have to try it.
For make the duel more easy, you should have hots, and full fire res. Also you could use grief/exile vs this char, since you will kill him more fast.
Depends of the fire, the duel will be more easy, or more hard.
Usually, you will kill em with 3-4 hits, but only if you do before he regenerates the mana.
You must play with the abs/full resistances on the differents kind of sorc.

there is absolutely no need for mediation on hammerdin
some of tacticss are not correct

This is not a good build, I know about 3-5 better Hammerdin builds.. and my builds don't require as good of gear.
You wasted your time... why the fuck would a Hammerdin wear Exile or Ravenfrost? You don't wear the same gear on a Hammerdin as a Zealer. _____________________ D3jsp > D2jsp |
