So when you look at your profile it will say
last post was made xx seconds-minutes-days-months-years ago...
maybe hot link the "last post part"so when you click on it , it will take you to your last post
just would be neat, since I like to post fast and sometimes i hit post too soon and loose all my post data
due to that

But its not the main suggestions, its just the extension to it
main suggestion is to add timer so people know when 30 seconds is up and they can post again really.
