if u gys rlly wanna help new members on jsp and etc

you gys shoud make a list
of all the known unperm as perm sellers
and put it in someone's profile
so this coud help many of the people on jsp

It's nice to have some lists to show people who sell unperms as perms etc., this was in old forums like they said, but people change (TheHitman refunded me just a week ago after selling me unperms a while ago.) People make mistakes, putting a blantant wall up against them is very hurtful, I mean some people are just obvious and they should be on a list like that, but I think there would be some disagreement w/ a few people that could possibly be on it (like someone selling unperms as perm once to someone, yet no1 has heard about them selling unperms as perm? zOMG now whats to do?) I don't have a blacklist in my profile because, for hte same reason mods can't lock people, proof?

All it is is a reference but it can greatly influence people's perception.
