Starcraft 2 armor has lots of unit information, but of all of the info especially the specific damage and health numbers are subject to change and may already be out of date.

I don't think all the units are finalized yet, they're still adding and removing units to make it fair and fun. Like to protoss unit Soul hunter which was cut from the game.
Heres a list of the ones I know of
Zerg units:
Baneling, Brood Lord, Corruptor, Drone, Huge Queen, Hydralisk, Infested Terrans, Infestor, Large Queen, Larva, Lurker, Mutalisk, Mutant Larva, Overlord, Overseer,Queen, Roach, Swarm, Ultralisk, Zergling

Protoss units:
Carrier, Colossus, Dark Templar, Disruptor, High Templar, Immortal, Interceptor, Mothership, Observer, Phoenix, Probe, Stalker, Void Ray, Warp Prism, Zealot

Terran units:
Banshee, Battlecruiser, Ghost, Hellion, Marauder, Marine, Medivac, Mule, Nuke, Point Defence Drone, Raven, Reaper, SCV, Siege Tank, Thor, Viking
