For exercises that work out individual back muscles.
Trapezius: Seated Row
Latissimus dorsi: lat pull down
Lower back: lower back machine
For exercises that work out all of the back muscles
Barbell bent over rolling, barbell shrugs, pulls up and various planks.
If you don't want to use weights, yoga is a good option. |

I'm no expert, but I believe that overhand pull-ups is a great
exercise for beginners that wants to train the back muscles.
