decent suggestion i think

for clans setup a fee system so that lets say its 5fg

send 3fg to clan owner
and 2fg to co-leader

or if owner wants to be greedy just send all to him

make it like so before they get of approve list they must send

i say cap it at 15fg atm since really, it would slow down clans

but heres another twist set an option that owners can still set as free if wanted

also jm+ should have access around this so they always get in free

I see no point in their being a fee; the clan system needs many other more important updates in my opinion.
