It's only legal in vintage (it's restricted even in vintage), and it's really weak there, since you can just chain of vapour it, or echoing truth, or rushing river etc... Meloku is better.

Any ol bounce card can take care of DSC like the guy above said. I personally like this card much more to get rid of him:



I do main board him in a deck of mine. Gives me a good way to deal with things like DSC.
