Mf Enchantress/Merc Sorc

So, I was thinking the other day, since your mercenary inherits your mf, why not take advantage of it?
This guide is made only for pvm, but who knows, it could do well in pvp. I doubt it though.

Goals:
The ability for your merc to kill anything in the game and get massive cold damage.
2k Life with BO.
400 mf. (this is crucial).
Max resists.


Stats:
Str - Just enough for gear
Dex - None
Vit - All
Energy - None

Gear: (this is a pricey guide.)

Merc Gear (first since it's most important.) A2 Offensive Holy Freeze Merc.
Weapon - Eth Doom CA
Armor - 20/-20 100 life armor OR Eth Fort (Fort gives much more physical damage.)
Helm - Nightwing 5/-5

Your Gear
Weapon - 180 Mf Crystal Sword
Shield - Phoenix Monarch
Helm - Shako P Topaz'd/Ist'd
Armor - COH
Belt - Arach
Ammy - Maras/Fire/Sorc Ammy
Gloves - Chancies
Boots - War Travs
Rings - 2x Soj

Switch
Cta/Spirit (use for casting all skills)

Skills:
20 Enchant
20 Warmth
20 Fire Mastery
The rest is your choice, but, i picked:
1 shiver armor
20 lightning mastery
rest in thunderstorm

PvM Strategy-
Stand back and watch as your merc dominates his way through the crowd.

PvP Strategy-
Tele around until holy freeze slows your opponent and thunderstorm puts them in fhr animation, then tele on them and let the merc attack. If they don't die, tele away and repeat. Play very defensive until the opening's there.

Also, for PvP, you're going to want a gear change.
I'd recommend:
+3 fire circ, 20 fcr with 2os with fire facets
Perfect Enchant Ormus
Eschuta's/Phoenix Cs/ 30/-30 Cs
Spirit Mon/Phoenix Mon/ 20/-20 Mon
Magefist
Rare tri res boots with fhr and frw OR Eth Treks
Arach
2x Soj
+3 Fire Ammy, 10-20 fcr/Rare Sorc Ammy
9x Fire Gcs
12x 20 Life w Res (until max res, then mana, or fhr.)
Anni
Torch

This was just a stupid build that i came up with.
But, it's surprisingly effective.

pvp, don't make me laugh.
it's a different build other than cookie cutter hammerdins and light sorcs.
not to mention, it can kill everything in the game...

by the way, after i finish up my hydra sorc, i'm going to be posting the build..

It could work pvp, just probably not BM, you'd have to have a gm game and no sorb or you're screwed, and you could make you're team (if you have a team) all super upped dmg.

this build can be super effective in pvp, it just requires team play, you get a charge pally with conviction on. the chanter will give the charge pally a shit ton of damage and the pally can use convic to reduce their res, or if you want to play it offensive max out holy flame and stack the chant onto the holy flame fire damage. it could work in team duels, but you would be a pivot.

crap merc eq. and why holyfreese merc? if you are using doom? just stupid. + prefer forti than 2020 armor. more damage. and eaven doom ca is crap, i prefer to use dream helm + eth wp botd + forti eth. = more damage/better ress/good LL and then holyfreese aura.
