I'm not sure if its all the time, but if you forget to finish a font with [/font], and you may have

[hr]
in your post, even several times, it will show

[hr;
where the
Code:
[hr]
should be, and then you must go through and erase your line breaks until it shows you that you forgot to finish with [/font] by finally revealing the [font=verdana] or whatever font is used.
