Terrible spec, Athene's Unholy Grail + Magic Pen Boots + Deathcap + Majai Soulstealer + Lichbane + Whatever else you want..depends on team you're playing against.

u shud pratice vs people not bots. when u hit 30 ur going get so confused on what to do and build briggrin
