Making a AIM account

-Download Aim at this link : http://download.newaol.com/aim/win95/Install_AIM.exe
-Double-click on the installer and follow on-screen instructions. (Make sure to select the custom installation and uncheck everything).
-Open Aim, then click the "Get a Screen Name" button. Follow the instuctions to create a new account.


Getting Pokerstars and making a account

-Download PokerStars at this link : http://www.pokerstars.com/PokerStarsInstall.exe
-Double-click on the installer and follow on-screen instructions. Use the custom install and see if there's things you wish to change concerning the -Installation (Using the express install is perfectly working also).
-Open PokerStars. At the top, click on Lobby, then Login. Select the "Create a new account" option if you do not already own an account on PokerStars.com. Then fill the on-screen informations. (Enter a valid e-mail, as it will be needed to confirm your account).
-You should now be able to log-in with you're newly created account.
Setting filters :
select the Sit&Go tab, then Play Money, then Low. Click on the arrow where it says "Sit&Go Filter..." then set it like the current picture.

in the Players Per Table, the box 1-on-1 is checked. This is for playing heads-up games. to play 4-man or 6-man tables, check the according box.

Betting
-According to what is posted, will be the amount of fg you play for unless both sides decides otherwise before game has started.
-First you get aims and contact each other. Both players state their @jsp and @pokerstars IDs and amount of fg at stake in the aim.
-Then once this is claried, both players will call out the last 3 digits of a game ID and hope both players join at the same time to begin their match.
-Keep in mind, once both opens open/double click the game ID, ex: 122435235, you must click the 50+5 box and register to actually be in the called out game.


Common used terms

h/u - heads up (meaning one on one poker)
ai/fh - all in first hand (meaning both players are going allin first hand to decide their poker match)
#man - multi table (meaning according to #, thats how many players will sit at one table)
ft# - first to # (meaning first to win # of games is the winner, ex: ft2 = best out of 3 games)
