well from wat people ive talked to have said most dmg is from enchant
so the +max isnt relly much
ar isnt needed w/ guided arrow don think
and iuno if i wana make this char unperm (too poor for perm bmanas)
but thanks for ur suggestion |

the ar does matter, but i guess you get plenty of it from enchant.
use 60-60 cuz the attack speed is very important cuz u want to keep them hit-recovering. also u should use 20ias gloves with knockback cuz keeping ur opponent in hit recover is really strong

any ideas on a helm? right now im planning on an andy's ias/+2 skills
and any idea on ias bp's i would need to reach? or just get wat i can |
i personally dont like andy's very much. you might try some form of jewels.
also i noticed your rings you have raven+soj you should probably use 2 raven since you save a LOT of dex that way (widowmaker requires dex 146 to use.
also you should probably figure out what you are gonna focus on as your main form of locomotion - running or teleing and either getting some frw or some fcr built into there. i also notice you dont have any fhr built into that. you should probably figure out what breakpoints you want to achieve before you start making her too ;D

i was planning on tele'ing
arach + fletch hits 1 of the bps
as of now my widow has a hel (how i got it) i might nef? not sure yet
for fhr, maybe bfists? help w/ ias as well, and treks/gspurs depending for 20more (looking for around 60fhr bp) gc's if they r needed
we'll see once i start putting gear on her, if she turns out good i may remake w/ more attention and better gear, but for now, im hoping this works as a fun char |

Definitly gonna need ar bonuses! even a demonlimb prebuff wouldn't hurt..
MAKE by maxing enchant dood! maybe with static or storm.. With hydras! You then got hydra missles and your arrows... with tele and enchant (mad dam and ar with this gear:)
just off the top of my head if I were building, I go with this
Widow, Gskull, Enigma, ias stat leech gloves, one raven, and angel ring and ammy combo, treks, and tgods.
Lighting sorb
Cold sorb, cant be frozen
Alot of given str
ias jewels in gskull, also given knockback!
mad ar bonuses, youll thank me later
fill up on ar/max dam/life charms and a 6bo cta..
maybe throw in enough 5fhr/ar scs to hit a good fhr bp with treks giving 20%
I dunno, just thre it out there real quick..  |

You should try useing this gear, in my opinion it is gg for bowa sorc. (this does not include prebuff gear)
120/45 Helm
160/60 Armor
Highlords Ammy
2x Sojs Rings
Coil belt (ias)
20%ias Gloves (with knockback)
Widow Maker (duh)
You will have all ur prebuff gear in stash of course such as aracnids magefists so on and so on but this is what i would use after. You get mass ias and extra dmg to go along with ur enchant adding massive dmg aswell.
Other then that i would say max all skills that help enchant and max telekenisis or at the least 17 points in it and 95% Es and mass bmanas or lifers depends on you.

Enchant suffers a75% penalty on sorc and widow takes the +ar ench gives to waste, therefore, bow sorc=bad idea.
Plus you can wear dream shield, so ur dmg is looowww |

Wrong actually. The damage from a bow is when the arrow hits, not when shot. You can shoot and then switch to another set of items for more damage. Like hoto + dream shield for more skills fcr mana and damage.
The build for this is basically entirely damage ias and fcr.
You have no chance of tanking as a bow sorc just because the nature of the items.
It's close to a melee sorc build. |
