Wc3 - TFT practice

I'm just coming back to wc3 after a 3 month break of playing diablo, but now i completely suck. I figure the only way to get better is to play alot so if anyone wants to play with/against me hit me up. If you have some pointers to help me out that would be great. If you're not as good as me (which I dont see how you could manage that, but jsut for hypothetical reasons lets assume it's possible) and you want me to help you then hit me up.

edit- i play elf in solo, and elf or "ghouls" in arranged teams.
